Floortrends installed vinyl plank in my basement and carpet on the stairs - they did a fantastic job. I dealt with Joyce for the selections, Alex for quote & installation set up - all of them were amazing to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Love the finished product.
We worked with Jaimie at the Floortrends Cobourg location and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable and helpful, the team at Floortrends helped me find what I was looking for and then made sure our installation went smoothly by guiding us and making sure we had everything we needed. The installers, Eric and Bill, who replaced our bathroom floors were also friendly and answered all our questions. They did a great job! They also cleaned everything up when they were done. 😊. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen at Floor trends to purchase new plank flooring for my 5th wheel trailer. He was absolutely fantastic and got me the flooring in two days as promised. I was short one box (my fault) and he called Belleville and ordered it. I picked it up myself and Stephen gave me detailed directions to get me there.
