Before your Tile Installation

Tile installation is a messy, complicated process, which is why we recommend leaving it to the professionals. Our specialists have years of experience laying new tile floors without incident. But the best way to make sure your installation goes smoothly is to be prepared.

First, remove all furniture and heavy objects from the room getting its new tiles. We may have to remove your subfloor before we get started.

During Your Tile Installation

On the day of your tile installation, please have an adult member of the household home to greet our installers and show them to the work area. The work area is going to be hazardous, to keep children and pets away for their safety and ours.

Once your new tile floors are laid, avoid stepping on them or getting them wet for two days. This will ensure that the grout sets properly. If you have any last-minute questions, be sure to ask the team or contact our showroom directly.
